Faced with increasingly stringent global anti-corruption regulations and continuously rising supply chain compliance requirements, corporate integrity governance has become a crucial foundation for sustainable operation and international competitiveness. Wistron announced that it has received the ISO 37001:2025 Anti-Bribery Management System validation certificate issued by the British Standards Institution (BSI). This certificate is accredited by the American National Accreditation Board (ANAB), making Wistron the first electronics company in Taiwan to pass the new version of ISO 37001:2025 validation from BSI.

ISO 37001 is an internationally recognized standard for anti-bribery management systems, covering governance structure, senior management commitment, risk assessment, third-party management, internal controls, whistleblowing investigations, and education and training. It helps companies systematically identify and manage bribery risks, demonstrating their commitment to integrity in business operations.

Wistron has long prioritized corporate governance and integrity in its operations. This implementation plan builds on existing legal compliance and internal control systems, further strengthening key areas such as anti-bribery risk assessment, third-party transaction management, conflict-of-interest controls, whistleblowing investigation mechanisms, and employee training, establishing a more comprehensive and sustainable governance structure. International standards are integrated into the Company's operations, ensuring that anti-bribery management is embedded in daily processes and corporate culture, enhancing organizational resilience and stakeholder trust.

ISO 37001 is not only an anti-bribery system but also a governance framework for sustainable operations and continuous improvement. As international customers, supply chains, and investors increasingly value corporate compliance and ethical performance, a robust anti-bribery management system will help companies enhance market trust and open opportunities for global cooperation. Wistron's ISO 37001 certification demonstrates its commitment to integrity governance and alignment with international standards, laying a stronger foundation for its global expansion and sustainable development.

Wistron stated that achieving ISO 37001 certification is a significant milestone for the Company, deepening its commitment to integrity and sustainable governance. Moving forward, the Company will continue to strengthen employees' and partners' shared understanding of integrity through systemized risk management, training, and improvement mechanisms, and will collaboratively build a transparent, responsible, and trustworthy corporate culture.
