The "Buddy System" project was established to provide our employees with comprehensive support, offering current and essential information about the company’s policies, culture, values, and assistance with any questions or issues related to their work areas.
Launched in September 2022, this initiative involves a designated Buddy, a professional with a social work background, whose role is to advise and support our employees. The objective is to foster development, social cohesion, and strengthen professional, personal, and familial connections within the workplace.

The Buddy assists new employees in acclimating to the company’s culture, policies, procedures, and work environment. This support helps alleviate the stress and anxiety associated with starting in a new and unfamiliar setting. Additionally, the Buddy System not only facilitates the successful integration of new hires but also accelerates their development and learning, while promoting a collaborative and friendly work atmosphere.
