Corporate Culture Month

During Wistron’s Corporate Culture Month, we launched a series of engaging and meaningful initiatives to deepen employees’ understanding of our core values. By blending creativity with strategy, these activities helped transform corporate culture from a set of guiding principles into an everyday force that drives sustainable growth across the organization. With the thought of sharing Wistron’s core values to every corner of the workplace in mind, we leveraged multiple internal channels — including the corporate intranet, visual displays, and culture handbooks. These tools brought the company’s mission and philosophy closer to employees’ daily life, which fostered deeper awareness and alignment.



Recognizing that cultural values take root through experience, Wistron also introduced tailored training programs for employees at different levels. A flagship initiative, the Core Values Immersion Camp, offered hands-on learning that helped participants connect abstract cultural principles with their personal growth and team contributions. Over 500 employees have already taken part in the program, marking a strong step forward in building a value-driven workplace. Our Vietnam site took a particularly innovative approach by focusing on interaction and team engagement. Activities such as corporate culture trivia competitions and collaborative team challenges helped strengthen cross-functional cooperations and interpersonal bonds. These initiatives not only injected energy into the workday, but also reinforced cultural values through shared experiences.



To celebrate employees who embody the spirit of Wistron’s culture, a brand-new incentive was launched, the Corporate Culture Star award. Creative competitions — such as hand-drawn poster challenges and a “Tell the Wistron Story” campaign — encouraged team members to express their understanding of company values in personal and imaginative ways. These storytelling platforms empowered employees to become cultural ambassadors, reinforcing a sense of pride and ownership across teams. Through these multi-faceted and localized efforts, Wistron continues to translate its cultural vision into action. By combining structured programs with employee-driven engagement, the company has laid a strong foundation for a workplace where inclusivity, innovation, and shared purpose flourish. Corporate Culture Month is more than a celebration — it is a reflection of Wistron’s ongoing commitment to creating a cohesive and empowered workforce. As the company grows, its culture remains a vital thread that unites people, strengthens identity, and propels sustainability.
