Its primary goal is to promote the exchange of best practices, encourage benchmarking among companies, and strengthen employer brand identity. By highlighting outstanding organizations, the competition supports the development of the country’s human capital sector, regardless of company size, history, or industry. Awards are granted based on an objective evaluation of how employers care for their people — covering aspects such as working conditions, talent development, employee well-being, and work-life balance support. This assessment follows the internationally recognized Saratoga methodology, which tracks key metrics including employee turnover, investment in education and training, employee satisfaction, career advancement, and reward systems.
