Exploring the Workplace: WVN Student Company Visit Program

In order to facilitate early comprehension of the workplace for young students and to bridge the divide between academic instruction and practical work environments, WVN initiated a student company visit program. Through a systematically organized and interactive educational experience, students are motivated to extend their learning beyond the classroom and acquire direct exposure to business operations and professional life.

The program is customized to accommodate various age groups and stages of learning. For younger students, introductory visits are intended to offer an initial comprehension of industries and occupational settings. For senior high school students preparing to enter the workforce, the program provides more comprehensive career exploration and skills-sharing sessions, assisting them in understanding the competencies necessary for different roles and potential career pathways.

During the visits, students are accompanied by WVN employees as they tour office spaces, operational areas, and production facilities. In these settings, they gain insights into workplace processes, cross-functional collaboration, and the range of responsibilities associated with various positions. Employee volunteers additionally act as career mentors, imparting practical knowledge through real-life examples, interactive activities, and simulation exercises that vividly illustrate daily work experiences.

Through these engaging activities, students not only deepen their understanding of the professional world but also become more aware of their future educational and career paths.
