On the journey towards "sustainability through innovation," Wistron has continued to achieve remarkable milestones. Recently, the company garnered three international accolades, showcasing our outstanding accomplishments in the areas of environmental protection, social inclusion, and corporate governance.

For the first time, Wistron has been awarded the inaugural "World's Most Sustainable Companies 2024" by Time Magazine, ranking 344th globally and being the leading company in the Manufacturing & Industrial Production sector in Taiwan. This award recognizes benchmark sustainability companies from over 30 countries, evaluated based on more than 20 key performance indicators related to sustainable development, such as adherence to international reporting standards, emissions, and commitments to targets and initiatives. Each company is assigned a score through this analysis. Only the top 500 companies out of more than 5000 assessed globally are selected for this honor.

Additionally, for the second consecutive year, we were recognized by the Financial Times as "Asia-Pacific Climate Leader 2024," highlighting Wistron's leadership in climate action. This award acknowledges companies in the Asia-Pacific region that achieved the most significant reductions in core emission intensity from 2017 to 2022, specifically greenhouse gas emission intensity relative to revenue in Scope 1 and Scope 2. The criteria also include transparency in Scope 3 disclosures, absolute emission reductions, and other further actions(participation in CDP and SBTi, etc.).

Furthermore, in this year's EcoVadis sustainability assessment, Wistron was placed in the 98th percentile of all evaluated companies, thus earning a Gold Medal. EcoVadis is one of the most authoritative international sustainability assessments, with over 130,000 companies using its platform to assess sustainability maturity or manage their supply chain's sustainability performance. This achievement not only signifies our leading position in global sustainable development but also reflects our ongoing pursuit of excellence to fulfill our commitments to clients.

Facing a dynamic and challenging future, Wistron will continue to build "Corporate Resilience": from agile response capabilities and strategic foresight to enhancing advanced infrastructure. Wistron will collaborate with partners across various sectors to make sustainability impact, help establish a more sustainable and low-carbon future, creating long-term positive value for a wide range of stakeholders.
