Located in Kunshan, Jiangsu Province, the Wistron East China Campus not only focuses on the economic benefits of the enterprise but is also committed to the physical and mental health and overall development of its employees. By adhering to the concept of sustainable development, it has successfully created a workplace environment where "Happy Work, Happy Life" becomes a reality.

We believe that the health of employees is the most important asset of the company. Therefore, the company arranges annual health check-ups for all employees, allowing them to understand their physical condition and detect potential health problems early. Additionally, clinical doctors from hospitals are specially invited to the site to give lectures on the prevention and treatment of common diseases in daily life, thereby improving employees' health awareness. To help employees establish a healthy lifestyle, the company also provides health guidance, paying close attention to everything from a balanced diet to moderate exercise.



The Wistron Kunshan also values the cultural life of its employees. Various activities held here not only enrich their lives but also enhance communication and team cohesion among employees. During traditional festivals such as the Lunar New Year, Mid-Autumn Festival, and Dragon Boat Festival, the company organizes celebratory events to let employees experience the charm of Chinese culture. The company also offers training courses in Chinese and Western pastry making, which not only satisfy the employees' interests but also enable them to prepare healthy delicacies for their families. This enriches their leisure life and cultivates more life skills. Regularly organized excellent employee trips allow everyone to relax and unwind from their busy work, while birthday celebrations for employees make them feel the warmth and care of the big family.
