Since 2024, the company has encouraged all employees to participate in its Green Mobility Initiative, promoting environmentally friendly commuting and travel habits. Through ongoing awareness-building efforts, employees have gained a deeper understanding of the connection between their daily transportation choices and global climate challenges. For shorter journeys, walking and cycling are encouraged whenever possible, while public transportation is promoted for longer-distance travel. These choices not only help reduce carbon emissions and improve air quality, but also ease urban traffic congestion and contribute to more livable communities.
We believe that meaningful change often begins with small yet consistent actions. A single employee's choice can influence family members, colleagues, and friends, gradually creating a broader movement for positive change. As more people participate, a virtuous cycle is formed—one in which everyone contributes and everyone benefits.
To keep this momentum growing, the company has designated June as “Green Commuting Month” each year, transforming short-term enthusiasm into long-term commitment. The 2025 campaign was once again met with an enthusiastic response from employees, further strengthening a culture of sustainable mobility throughout the organization.
