As a world-renowned manufacturer and service provider of computer and ICT products, Wistron has been adhering to the business philosophy of "altruism" as the blueprint for corporate sustainable development. Under the vision of "Sustainability Through Innovation," Wistron has gradually realized concepts such as low-carbon manufacturing and circular economy in our value chain, and has adopted six strategies: Sustainable Supply Base, Green Product, Recycling, Decarbonization, People with Purpose, and Labor Welfare to fulfill the mission of “Trusted Innovation Partner for Technology, Sustainability and Better Lives.”

Wistron was recently invited to attend the 2022 5th GCSF Global Corporate Sustainability Forum & TCSA Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Award Ceremony, Taiwan's largest sustainable event of the year. At this event Wistron achieved various awards: Taiwan's Top 100 Sustainable Model Enterprises Award, the Sustainability Report Award: Electronic Information Products Manufacturing - Category 1 Platinum Level, and the Innovative Growth Leader Award. Obtaining the best results in our history, Wistron's projects and achievements in various fields of ESG have been gradually recognized by communities and related authorities.

The Taiwan Corporate Sustainability Award (TCSA) is one of the largest and most authoritative sustainability evaluations in Taiwan. TCSA comprehensively evaluates the three performance-oriented aspects of ESG, aligns with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), and strives to cooperate with the business community to achieve sustainability. The award-winning companies were selected by a professional jury with a total of 874 members. The number of participating companies this year reached 424, and the cumulative number of companies in previous years reached 581, accounting for 76% of the market value of listed companies in Taiwan. This positive trend demonstrates that companies in Taiwan are rapidly increasing their emphasis and actions on sustainable development.

Adhering to the company’s vision, Wistron will continue to cooperate with various partners, exert sustainable influence, and lead the value chain to create a sustainable future for all.
