In the course of preparing for the competition, we managed to clearly showcase the key features, achievements, and uniqueness of our initiatives. For example, our newly built Kindergarten within the company was a great representation of employee care as well as its desirable company culture. Eventually, these ended up successfully capturing the attention and interest of industry professionals and judges, and our dedication yielded remarkable results. We secured second place in the "Employer of the Year" by 500 employees in the South Moravia region, earning significant local recognition. Furthermore, our "Best HR Project" took first place in the national competition, expanding awareness of our company and generating increased interest in our practices.
