- In July 2024, Wistron upgraded its infrastructure to establish a professional psychological wellness facility. This space includes relaxation areas, book corners, and other leisure zones, enhanced with soft lighting and aromatic systems to create a calming atmosphere. These thoughtfully designed environments offer employees a healing space to recharge quickly, fostering a deeper sense of care.

- DIY workshops, including handmade soap and scented candle crafting, are organized with expert instructors providing on-site guidance.
