Wistron firmly believes that employees’ well-being is rooted in strong family support, while corporate sustainability is built upon deeply embedded organizational culture. In addition to offering benefits that exceed statutory requirements—such as enhanced maternity leave, childbirth subsidies, and flexible parental leave—Wistron continuously listens to employee needs and refines its programs to ensure that employees at different life stages can work with peace of mind and without undue concerns.
Since 2024, Wistron has advanced family-friendly initiatives under the theme “WiEarth,” integrating family support with sustainability education. Guided by a global family-friendly framework, the company has organized family days, parent-child learning programs, environmental education projects, and beach clean-ups across nine sites in Taiwan and overseas. These initiatives bring sustainability education from the workplace to families, promote intergenerational learning, and are being institutionalized into Wistron’s corporate systems and culture.

The “Family-Friendly Workplace Award” received 169 applications, with only 55 selected. Under the theme “Co-Creating Future Readiness,” the judging panel evaluated candidates across multiple dimensions, including corporate commitment and cultural integration, family-needs orientation and inclusion, industry relevance and innovation, as well as sustainability and social impact, recognizing outstanding corporate practices in family-friendly workplace policies.
Looking ahead, Wistron will continue to view the family as the foundation of its sustainability culture, further strengthening policy implementation and providing diverse family support measures. Through these efforts, the company aims to help employees balance work and family responsibilities while fostering a more resilient workplace.
